FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Faculty Development Programmes started from June 2015 onwards which focuses on the overall development of the faculty of the institution. The training and development programmes are mainly carried out under the guidance of Mrs. Aparna Viswanathan (Director, RACE , Bangalore) and Mr. Mohanan (Academic Director). This programme not only enhances the teaching skills but also presentation skill, time management power, anchoring skill, public speaking etc.

ONE YEAR PLAN FOR FACULTY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

1. Monthly one session for improving language handling skill and effective communication.
2. Conduct a group discussion among faculty of different departments under the guidance of an expert from educational field and elicit suggestions.
3. A class by an expert of corresponding department from recognised universities.
4. A session to get basic understanding about application softwares and internet usage.
5. Yoga class weekly once.
6. OutBound Training
